About Me

I spent most of my life training as a professional ballet dancer, constantly feeling burned out and tearing my body apart in an effort to become the smallest version of myself. It wasn’t until I was in college that I discovered the importance of strength training for muscle longevity and injury prevention. This mindset shift, along with learning how to build a stronger (not smaller) body, helped me become the healthiest, happiest, and most confident version of myself.


Now, as a NASM-certified personal trainer with experience in both group fitness and one-on-one training, I'm passionate about helping others achieve the same. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I'm here to provide the knowledge and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
